Join HMR as an experienced Diamond Driller working across surface or underground operations in Western Australia. Operate modern drilling rigs, achieve production targets, and maximise your earnings through metre-based bonus incentives. The more metres you drill, the more you earn.

  • 14/7 and 14/14 rosters available

Responsibilities

  • Operate HMR drill rigs (Skid Steer, Mobile, Longyear, LM90, LM110, UDR1000/1200, LF90D)
  • Understand geological formations and core sampling methods
  • Mentor and train Drill Assistants
  • Perform daily checks & maintenance on rigs
  • Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and site rules

 

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Australian citizen or permanent resident
  • Pass pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screening
  • Police clearance within 6 months
  • First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain)
  • Manual Driver’s Licence (underground) / HR Licence (surface)
  • Cert II/III in Drilling Operations (Cert IV highly regarded)
