We are on the hunt for Plant Operators and Labourers with structures/building demolition experience to join our growing company.

About You & Key Responsibilities:

This position would suit a candidate who possesses the following:

• Demonstrated experience operating excavators up to 30–40 tonnes on demolition projects, with a strong understanding of demolition methodologies and safe work practices for multi-storey structures.
• Skilled in the operation of a wide range of demolition attachments including hydraulic and fixed grapples, breakers (hammers), steel shears, concrete cutters and pulverisers.
• Proven experience carrying out structural demolition, including buildings three storeys or higher, with the ability to identify load-bearing structures and safely execute demolition sequences.
• Sound knowledge of hazardous materials management, including asbestos awareness, hazard identification and compliance with demolition safety requirements.
• Competent in post-demolition site works, including strip-outs, site levelling and preparation, and operation of skid steers, EWP equipment and associated attachments such as grapple and standard buckets.
• Minimum 5 years excavator experience
• Undertake other site labouring tasks as required
• Should be able to work within’ strict demolition methodology
• Knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety regulations, codes and practices
• Flexibility & willingness to complete a diverse range of duties
• Construction induction white card
• Able to work autonomously on sites when needed
• Applicable plant/machine operators licence & competency
• Willingness to work remotely/regionally
