About the Role
Are you an organised, customer-focused professional with a flair for logistics? We are seeking an experienced Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to join our team, supporting predominantly international customer orders. This role plays a critical part in coordinating sales orders, shipping, freight, and invoicing processes across contract sales, spare parts, and warranty orders, while delivering a professional and customer‑focused service.
You will work closely with internal teams across logistics, projects, supply chain, and production, as well as international customers and external partners, to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate contract sales, spare parts, and warranty orders within agreed timeframes
- Manage end‑to‑end order processing, shipping, and freight arrangements to ensure on‑time delivery
- Process sales and purchase orders accurately in D365 (ERP system)
- Prepare, check, and manage export shipping documentation in line with international regulations
- Raise and issue invoices accurately within required timeframes
- Send order confirmations, shipment pre‑alerts, and customer communications promptly
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and overseas offices to provide order and shipment updates
- Update shipment schedules, reports, and order status documentation
- Support general office administration and project‑based activities as required
Qualification and experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience coordinating international air and sea freight shipments
- Strong hands‑on experience with export documentation (Bills of Lading, Letters of Credit, Certificates of Origin, packing lists, etc.)
- Experience working with an ERP system (D365 highly regarded)
- Knowledge of sales order processing and invoicing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and problem‑solving ability
- Exposure to manufacturing, food, or packaging environments is advantageous
