Construction Manager (Aviation), Sydney

You’ll be responsible for:
- Operate within the Senior Construction Delivery Team, aligning with leadership direction and guiding wider teams.
- Drive business priorities across construction delivery, digital innovation and responsible, sustainable practices.
- Deliver short-term programmes, coordinating subcontractors while owning safety, wellbeing and quality outcomes.
- Champion a strong Health, Safety and Wellbeing culture across all site activities.
- Build effective client and design relationships, ensuring quality assurance through to final sign-off.
- Apply technical standards, enable continuous improvement, and support delivery of net zero outcomes.
You’ll need to have:
- Relevant construction qualification or equivalent, with recognised accreditation (e.g. CIOB).
- Proven experience managing large work packages within site-based roles.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, HSE regulations and programme delivery.
- Effective communicator with digital awareness, MEP understanding and leadership capability.
