We’re entering a significant growth phase and are seeking a values-led, commercially astute Construction Manager to lead our site teams and elevate delivery standards across a growing portfolio.
The Opportunity
As Construction Manager, you’ll provide leadership, direction and support to Site Managers and Supervisors, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to an exceptional quality standard
Working closely with the Head of Construction and Project Managers, you’ll take ownership of on-site operations while embedding strong governance, safety culture and commercial discipline across multiple projects.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Lead and mentor Site Managers across multiple projects
Drive safety, program and quality performance on site
Protect cost outcomes and minimise commercial risk
Oversee trade performance and compliance
Ensure exceptional client experience through to handover
What You’ll Bring
10+ years’ residential construction experience with strong leadership exposure
Certificate IV (or higher) in Construction Management or relevant trade
Deep knowledge of NCC, BCA, WHS legislation and Australian Standards
Strong programming, trade coordination and client management capability
Commercial acumen with proven ability to protect cost, time and quality outcomes
