The Manager – Advisory Connected Teams + Operations enables PwC Australia’s Advisory business by supporting the operation and governance of its offshore workforce while contributing to the broader Advisory Operations agenda. The role sits at the intersection of business demand, workforce planning, financial governance, and operational delivery, as well as supporting Advisory leaders to execute strategic priorities through operational excellence, effective change support, and strong stakeholder management.
Reporting to the Connected teams + Operations Lead for the Digital Platform, you will be part of a tight knit team. This role is central to making Connected Teams work well for the Australian Advisory business — ensuring offshore capability is available, effectively governed, financially sound, and aligned to what the business truly needs, as well as supporting the Advisory business to ensure operational excellence.

What you'll do:
Respond to business requests and questions in relation to Connected Teams
Coordinate monthly reporting uploads to enable accurate dashboard reporting;
Work with Connected Teams Senior Manager to prepare and update leadership reports, leveraging multiple sources of information including financial dashboards and Salesforce, as well as collaboration with other functions including finance, resource management and Clients & markets.
Work with Finance to oversee the management of invoices, including reconciliation against actual time/cost incurred.
Liaise with local business teams and offshore solutioning teams to develop and submit required documentation for Client engagements.
Support onboarding of new team members into correct Operating Units to ensure accurate reporting.
Drafting communications including emails, Viva Engage posts and newsletters.
Support regular cadences including team meetings and All Hands/Town Halls
Collaboration across PwC with other teams such as Resource Management, Clients & Markets and Finance to support initiatives.
What we're looking for:
A highly organised operator with a strong grasp of governance, cadence management, and execution tracking, able to create structure, maintain a single source of truth, and drive follow-through across multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Proven experience supporting senior leadership forums or complex operating environments, with the ability to bring discipline to planning, decision-making, and action management.
Solid grasp of technology systems (e.g. M365) with the ability to quickly learn and adopt new tools, including AI, and understand how they can enhance ways of working, streamline operations, and improve productivity.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to synthesise information, prepare clear and concise materials, and build trusted, professional relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
A proactive self-starter who can work autonomously with minimal direction, while also being a collaborative and reliable team player within a high-performing leader’s office.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, with a track record of delivering high-quality outputs within realistic timeframes.
High level of discretion and judgement when handling sensitive or confidential matters, coupled with a pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving capability.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, particularly in documentation, reporting, and maintaining institutional knowledge (e.g. decision logs, action trackers, governance artefacts).
Experience identifying and implementing operational improvements, with a continuous improvement mindset and a focus on reducing friction and enhancing efficiency across teams.
