Cold Storage Warehouse / High Reach, CB Forklift w Slip Sheet.

EXPERIENCED COLD STORAGE FORKLIFT OPERATORS

We are seeking experienced, reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operators for ongoing work within busy Cold Storage and Freezer warehouse environments.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCE WITH:

• High Reach Forklifts – Double deep racking
• Counterbalance Forklifts – Slipsheet / Push Plate
• Crown Joystick machinery experience
• Picking and movement of palletised stock
• Labouring required – lifting boxes up to 27kg ie: combining mixed pallets for putaways or picking right numbers for dispatch
• RF scanning

SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS MUST HAVE:

• Proven experience in a Cold Storage / Freezer warehouse
• Current LF Forklift Licence
• Current Drivers licence & reliable car
• Full Working rights in Australia (no Visa’s as these are Temp to Perm roles)
• Good understanding of safe warehouse practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong verbal communication skills in English.
• Understanding & able to follow instructions, SOP’s and safety procedures
• Strong numeracy skills for counting & basic multiplication tasks
• Own PPE, including steel-capped safety boots
• Freezer clothing suitable for freezer environments preferred
• Current clean Victorian Police Check, or willingness to obtain one
