We're currently looking for experienced Civil Labourers and Roller Operators to join busy civil and subdivision projects.

• General civil labouring and site support
• Conduits, kerbs, footpaths and bio basins
• Grade checking, levelling and site preparation
• Spotting plant and assisting operators
• General site duties
• Retaining wall / concrete sleeper experience highly regarded

• Operating rollers on civil/subdivision sites
• Compacting roads, trenches and earthworks
• Working alongside excavator, grader and other plant operators
• Completing general civil labouring when required

• Previous civil construction experience
• Roller operating experience for operator positions
• White Card – mandatory
• Relevant RII/tickets where required
• Reliable and safety-focused attitude
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Immediate availability
