The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our Engineering Department.
This role is ideal for a technically capable and hands-on engineer with experience planning and designing civil maintenance and project works, and managing tasks from initial scope through to completion and close-out.
You will contribute across a broad range of works — from minor site improvements to involvement in major projects — while coordinating contractors and internal stakeholders to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.
About You
You will bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering (or related discipline)
- Minimum three years’ post-graduate experience
- Eligibility to obtain RPEQ status or ability to attain RPEQ shortly after commencement
- Experience within a refinery or processing plant (desirable)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with varying priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Word)
- Proficiency in the use of a CMMS (JD Edwards experience highly regarded)
