The Role:

MCA Engineering is seeking experienced Boilermakers, Fitters, Crane Operators and Riggers to join our team working across mine sites in the Mt Isa region.

This is a site-based role offering 3:1 rosters, ideal for local, DIDO or FIFO candidates, with relocation assistance. The project is scheduled to commence in 4–5 weeks, providing a great opportunity to secure upcoming work.

• Strong commitment to safety and quality
• Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Reliable, adaptable, and willing to work across multiple sites
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical including Drug & Alcohol testing

Requirements:

• Experience working on a range of fabrication tasks (Boilermaker positions)
• Relevant Trade Qualifications or experience
• HR Truck Licence with no restrictions
• Crane, Excavator, Bobcat, Franna & Telehandler tickets
• Rigger ticket
• Demonstrated mining experience
