We have an extensive portfolio of projects, delivering large and complex solutions, including terminal expansions, engineering procurement, tank construction and remediation projects.
We are currently seeking experienced and safety conscious Boilermaker/ Welders/Fitters for ongoing works across Geelong and the wider Melbourne areas. This role will start ASAP and support our ongoing projects in the region. There is the possibility of more ongoing work for the right people.
We are currently only considering local applicants.
About you:
- Australian recognised trade qualification (Cert III Engineering & Fabrication or similar).
- Previous experience in Bulk Storage Tank construction or maintenance highly regarded
- Construction induction card (White Card or Blue Card)
- Safe Work at Heights (valid within the last 2 years) - desirable
- Confined space ticket (valid within the last 2 years) - desirable
- Valid Driver’s license
- Proof of right to work in Australia
- The ability to work within a team
- Be physically capable to complete manual tasks - the role may involve manual lifting, bending, squatting and kneeling
- High safety and quality standards
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to complete a pre-employment medical including a drug & alcohol test - mandatory
Above award pay rates and conditions of employment apply, rates between $60-63/hr for new starters.
