About the Opportunity

We are seeking motivated individuals ready to begin a Boilermaker/Welder Apprenticeship. This is a full time position based in Osborne Park, with opportunities to work across major industry projects.

As an apprentice, you will gain hands on experience while completing your qualification, supported by experienced tradespeople and the ARRA team.

 

 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Your day to day work may include:
  • Assisting with fabrication, welding and metalwork tasks
  • Learning to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Supporting qualified tradespeople on workshop and site-based tasks
  • Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment
  • Developing skills in various welding techniques and fabrication processes

 

 Who We’re Looking For

  • An ideal candidate is someone who:
  • Is genuinely interested in becoming a qualified Boilermaker/Welder
  • Has a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Enjoys hands on, practical work
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Is reliable, punctual and safety‑focused

 

 Essential Requirements

  • Current Driver’s Licence
  • Reliable vehicle
  • White Card
  • Ability to pass pre employment checks if required
