Blast Hole Drillers - FIFO from Perth

We're seeking an experienced T45 Blast Hole Driller to join a high-performing drill and blast team at a mine site located approximately 50km from Kalgoorlie.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with a well-established mining operation, offering competitive pay, FIFO from Perth, and flexible roster options.

The Opportunity As a valued member of the drill and blast team, you'll be responsible for operating a T45 blast hole drill safely and efficiently while delivering production targets and maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a T45 blast hole drill
• Read and interpret drill patterns, site plans and blasting specifications
• Conduct pre-start inspections and assist with routine maintenance of drilling equipment
• Support daily drill and blast activities across site
• Work in accordance with all site safety procedures and operational requirements

About You
To be successful, you will have:

• Proven experience operating a T45 Blast Hole Drill
• Current unrestricted Driver's Licence (HR licence highly regarded)
• A strong commitment to safety, teamwork and productivity
• A current National Police Clearance
• The ability to work effectively in a remote mining environment
