About the role

As an Assistant Store Manager (known internally as Inventory Manager), you’ll lead a team to drive excellence in back-of-house operations, ensuring strong inventory integrity, efficient stock flow, and minimising shrinkage to maximise the store’s profitability. To thrive here, you should ideally have: 

• Leadership experience in retail, warehousing, logistics, hospitality or another customer-focused environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and plan effectively.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach and the energy to lead from the front.
• A growth mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Experience managing stock, inventory, compliance or operational processes.
• Someone who sees opportunity, enjoys a challenge and wants to make a genuine impact.
