About the Role

As an Automotive Electrician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing and maintaining electrical systems across a range of heavy vehicles and equipment. You will also perform electrical fit-outs on new vehicles and support both workshop and field service operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Electrical diagnostics and fault finding
• Repair and maintenance of heavy vehicle electrical systems
• Electrical upfit and installation work on new vehicles
• Completion of service documentation and job reports
• Pre-delivery inspections and testing
• Supporting workshop and field service activities
• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Working safely and maintaining high-quality workmanship standards
  

About You

To be successful, you will have:

• Automotive Electrical Trade Qualification
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Experience working on heavy vehicles, trucks, engines or related equipment
• Ability to interpret technical information and service documentation
• Commitment to safety and quality standards
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
