What’s on offer?
Our Production, Transport and Workshop team in Minto are on the hund for a full-time Asset Administrator. This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive and collaborative environment where your attention to detail and organisational skills will play an important role in keeping our asset information accurate, reliable and up to date.

Reporting to the Divisional Manager NSW Production, you will support the administration and coordination of asset records, documentation, reporting and information management systems. Working closely with operational and support teams across the business, you will help ensure our asset processes run smoothly while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and compliance requirements.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate asset records, registers and supporting documentation

  • Coordinate asset data updates, reporting and system administration activities

  • Work with operational and support teams to ensure asset information remains current and reliable

  • Assist with audits, compliance requirements and record management processes

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support and contribute to process improvements

To be successful in this role you will possess the following attributes:

  • Previous administration experience, ideally within construction, infrastructure, asset management or a similar industry

  • Strong attention to detail and confidence working with data, records and business systems

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused approach

  • A proactive attitude, willingness to learn and commitment to delivering quality outcomes
