AI Delivery & Operations Manager

We're looking for an AI Delivery & Operations Manager to join a large AI transformation program and take ownership of the delivery, production support and operational maturity of AI-powered services.
This role combines technology delivery, release, production support and operational leadership, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working across program delivery, through to ongoing operation and continuous improvement.
This is a permanent full-time role based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney), or Naarm (Melbourne).
What You'll Do

Partner with business and technology teams to drive delivery of AI solutions across multiple platforms and services.

Resolve delivery blockers, risks, dependencies and technical challenges that impact execution across teams.

Influence stakeholders and drive outcomes across technology and business teams.

Manage end-to-end releases, deployments and production readiness activities to enable successful delivery.

Ensure the right resources, environments and support capabilities are in place to meet program objectives.

Lead the DevOps and production support team responsible for operating, supporting and enhancing AI-enabled claims capabilities and Agent Platform.

Maintain platform stability and operational resilience through effective incident management, continuous improvement and ongoing service enhancement.
What You'll Bring

Significant experience leading technology delivery across complex, enterprise-scale programs and platforms.

Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes across business and technology teams.

Strong problem-solving, decision-making and delivery leadership skills, including managing risks, dependencies and competing priorities.

AI delivery experience.

Experience coordinating releases and delivering technology solutions into production environments.

Demonstrated ability to balance delivery outcomes with operational stability, service reliability and customer impact.

Experience working within large, regulated organisations, ideally delivering AI, digital or data-driven capabilities.
