What We’re Looking For:

At EC Carpets, we’re not just looking for experience; we’re searching for passionate individuals who are ready to learn and grow with us! While 3 years prior experience in areas like machine operation, production and manufacturing, warehouse operations, or forklift operation is beneficial, and a certificate 2 in process manufacturing or similar is nice, it’s your energy, enthusiasm, and willingness to embrace our core values that truly matter.

Your Role:

As a Production Operator, you’ll:

• Operate and control key production machines
• Load and unload materials
• Process data using our systems
• Operate forklifts and reach trucks
• Conduct quality checks and inspections
• Participate in training and cross-training
• Contribute to improvement and waste reduction efforts
