The Position
We are seeking an experienced, organised Administrator and Mobilisation Coordinator to support our busy team in Adelaide based in Wingfield. Reporting through to the Operations Manager this position will support the operations in the readiness, communications and mobilisation of our resources to and from projects around Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Collate and check qualifications and certificates.
- Book flights, accommodation, medicals and training.
- Upload mob pack to clients’ systems.
- Update spreadsheets, send mobilisation emails.
- Participate in clients’ bi-weekly meetings.
- Coordinate project mobilisations and demobilisations.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with training, licensing, and qualifications.
- Arrange travel and accommodation bookings.
- Support purchasing activities.
- Assist departments with ad hoc requirements.
- Perform general administrative duties.
About You
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in administration within a project support setting.
- A current driver’s licence and reliable transport.
- Strong Microsoft Office and computer literacy skills
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Ability to prioritise, multi-task, and work well under pressure
- Self-motivation and initiative in a fast-paced environment
