Job Description

Albemarle is hiring for an Accounts Payable (AP) Team Lead. This position is hybrid, and located in Budapest, Hungary.

What will You do:

Lead and inspire the Accounts Payable team to ensure efficient and seamless operations. The Team Leader is responsible for delivering committed results to all RTP stakeholders, while driving continuous improvement and enabling the delivery of world‑class service. Core people management responsibilities include fostering career development across the team and addressing employee issues promptly and supportively.

Requirements:

• College or university degree (desirable)
• 5+ yrs of experience in RTP
• Complete understanding of E2E RTP process and full understanding of compliance and reconciliation matters related to RTP processes
• Complete understanding of the E2E RTP processes and their connections within the SSC
• Lean 6sigma – Green belt (desirable)
• Wide application of technical principles, theories, and concepts in RTP field.
• Excellent judgment and decision-making skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Sophisticated communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Frequent usage of SAP S4 and MS Office knowledge
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Excellent reporting and presentation skills (desirable)
• Excellent risk management skills
• Development soft & hard skills
• Ability for frequent X- organizational and outside customer contact and represent the organization in providing solution to technical issues associated with specific projects.
