What's on offer?
Fulton Hogan Construction are seeking an Accounts Administrator to join our Cambridge team, based in Tasmania. This role offers the opportunity to support accounts payable, procurement, asset administration and office operations. In this role you'll be responsible for:
- Process accounts payable transactions, including the accurate verification of coding and payment of supplier and subcontractor invoices.
- Collect, review and process daily supplier and subcontractor dockets and supporting documentation.
- Raise and manage purchase orders, ensuring accurate job cost coding and compliance with procurement processes.
- Support procurement activities and maintain purchasing records and documentation.
- Coordinate the administration and maintenance of plant and assets, including scheduling services, registrations, fuel cards and associated records.
- Maintain asset registers and company records to ensure information is current and accurate.
- Support office operations through the administration of IT equipment, including ordering, tracking and maintaining asset registers.
- Manage office supplies and stationery, ensuring stock levels are maintained and business requirements are met.
- Provide general administrative support to the team, assisting with reporting, record management and other office coordination activities as required.
How youโll connect to the role:
- Previous experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills.
- Proven ability to develop and contribute to an atmosphere of cooperation and teamwork.
- Strong communication skills and an ability to quickly build rapport with a range of diverse internal and external stakeholders.
