About the Role

As Workshop Foreman, you will play a key role in the daily operations of our busy workshop. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising and coordinating workshop staff to ensure efficient workflow.
• Managing quality control and ensuring repairs and maintenance are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Supporting the Service Manager — and stepping into that position when required.
• Providing technical guidance, diagnostics, and troubleshooting support to the team.
• Maintaining a safe, compliant, and well-organised work environment.
• Liaising with customers and suppliers to ensure exceptional service and communication.

What We’re Looking For

You are a motivated, capable leader with strong technical ability and a genuine interest in supporting and developing your team. You enjoy problem-solving, take pride in your work, and approach every task with professionalism and accountability.

Key attributes include:

• Proven experience in a similar role within automotive, agricultural, or mechanical industries, with strong experience across our brands (advantageous).
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to mentor and guide staff.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
• Sound knowledge of OH&S standards and a commitment to safe work practices.
• Trade qualification in mechanics or a related field (highly desirable).
