About the Role

As an Apprentice Windscreen Fitter, you’ll learn all aspects of Automotive Glazing through O’Brien®’s industry‑leading training program. You’ll gain your Certificate III in Automotive Glazing while working with experienced technicians who will support you every step of the way.

You’ll be trained to:

  • Repair and replace automotive glass to Australian standards

  • Perform ADAS windscreen re‑calibrations

  • Complete glass chip repairs

  • Deliver professional, friendly customer service

  • Represent the O’Brien® brand with reliability and pride

  • Good organisational and time‑management skills

  • Ability to stay focused and deliver results under pressure

  • Experience in the automotive industry (highly regarded)

  • Manual driver’s licence (highly regarded)
