About the Role
As an Apprentice Windscreen Fitter, you’ll learn all aspects of Automotive Glazing through O’Brien®’s industry‑leading training program. You’ll gain your Certificate III in Automotive Glazing while working with experienced technicians who will support you every step of the way.
You’ll be trained to:
Repair and replace automotive glass to Australian standards
Perform ADAS windscreen re‑calibrations
Complete glass chip repairs
Deliver professional, friendly customer service
Represent the O’Brien® brand with reliability and pride

What We’re Looking For
Mechanical aptitude and confidence using hand tools
Strong work ethic and desire for a long‑term trade career
Positive attitude, reliability and willingness to learn
Comfortable engaging with customers and promoting products
Good organisational and time‑management skills
Ability to stay focused and deliver results under pressure
Experience in the automotive industry (highly regarded)
Manual driver’s licence (highly regarded)
