Symmetry HR is currently recruiting experienced MIG Welders for a leading electrical manufacturing company based in Ingleburn.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing Monday to Friday work with competitive pay rates and the potential to transition to a permanent full-time position.

Working in a clean, safe and modern manufacturing facility, you'll be part of a well-established business that designs and manufactures electrical switchboards and associated equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• MIG welding and joining sheet metal components for electrical switchboards.
• Cleaning and finishing welds to a high standard.
• Working from a dedicated welding bay.
• Assisting with general fabrication duties as required.
• Operating fabrication equipment, including brake press metal folders and turret punching machines (training provided where required).

To be successful you will have:

• Previous MIG welding experience in a manufacturing environment (essential).
• Ability to produce neat, high-quality welds.
• Experience reading and working from production drawings is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable work ethic and a positive attitude.
