What does the job look like?

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our Auburn operation on the AM shift (5:00AM – 1:00PM). Based at our Nyrang Street site, you will play a key role in leading daily warehouse operations and bridging operational targets with floor execution. You'll provide frontline leadership to the team, ensuring goods move safely, accurately and efficiently from receiving through to final dispatch while maintaining a strong focus on safety, inventory accuracy and customer outcomes. Key areas:

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations across receiving, putaway, order picking, replenishment and dispatch activities.
• Provide visible leadership, coaching and support to warehouse team members and forklift operators.
• Manage workforce planning, rostering and day-to-day task allocation to ensure operational requirements are achieved.
• Drive a strong safety culture through toolbox talks, equipment checks and compliance with WHS and Chain of Responsibility requirements.
• Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock investigations and effective warehouse management practices.
• Track performance against operational KPIs, identify improvement opportunities and implement practical solutions to achieve service and productivity targets.
• Partner with customers, production teams and key stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations and strong service delivery outcomes.

You are a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You can effectively balance operational priorities with people leadership and enjoy building a strong team culture focused on safety, accountability and continuous improvement. You are confident making decisions on the floor, resolving issues quickly and supporting your team to deliver consistent operational outcomes.

You can demonstrate:

• 3+ years' experience leading teams within a warehouse, distribution, logistics or manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience managing warehouse operations, inventory control and outbound service delivery.
• Hands-on experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong leadership capability with the ability to coach, mentor and develop frontline teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
• Sound knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety requirements and Chain of Responsibility obligations.
• A strong focus on operational performance, KPI achievement and continuous improvement.
• High Risk Work Licence (Forklift) highly regarded.
