We’re seeking a motivated Warehouse Manager to lead the team at our Brisbane Airport Warehouse in a Full-Time capacity. This is your chance to own the flow of goods, inspire your team, and keep operations running like clockwork – all while enjoying the buzz of a dynamic airport-connected environment!
What You’ll Do:
✅ Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations with a focus on safety and efficiency
✅ Lead, mentor and develop your warehouse team
✅ Manage inventory, stock movement, and dispatch accuracy
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support retail locations
✅ Monitor KPIs, implement improvements, and meet operational targets
✅ Ensure compliance with WHS standards and procedures
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Proven experience in warehouse or supply chain management
✅ Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
✅ Organisational excellence and attention to detail
✅ Confidence using warehouse systems and reporting tools
✅ Forklift licence preferred (or willingness to obtain – if required)
✅ Flexibility to work various shifts where needed
✅ Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
