A genuinely rare opportunity to take full ownership of a distribution operation within a growing national business, operating from a brand new, purpose-built warehouse in WA.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants more than just day-to-day management — it’s about building structure, driving performance, and running the operation as your own.
The Role
You will be responsible for the end-to-end warehouse operation, leading a small team while driving efficiency, accountability, and cost control.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing daily warehouse operations across inbound, outbound, and deliveries
- Leading and developing a mixed workforce, including drivers and casual staff
- Driving labour efficiency and maintaining strict cost control
- Owning KPIs across productivity, output, and performance
- Improving systems, workflows, and overall operational execution
- Ensuring accurate inventory control and high service levels
This role requires someone who is confident making decisions, comfortable on the floor, and focused on outcomes.
About You You are a commercially minded Warehouse Manager who understands how to balance people, performance, and cost.
You will bring:
- Proven experience managing warehouse operations in a distribution environment
- Strong understanding of labour utilisation, productivity, and cost control
- Experience leading teams with a mix of full-time and casual staff
- A hands-on leadership style with the ability to drive accountability
- Forklift licence and experience in bulk goods handling
- Experience using ERP/WMS systems such as Orcale or SAP
