Within our Telecommunications business, we are seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager to take ownership of our warehouse, inventory and logistics operations supporting multiple concurrent projects.
This is a hands-on, functional leadership role with a strong focus on people leadership, process discipline, 3PL management and commercial accountability. You will play a key role in improving stock accuracy, managing logistics costs and ensuring materials flow efficiently to support project delivery.
The Role
Reporting to the National Business Services Manager, you will be accountable for end-to-end warehouse and logistics performance, including\:
Leading warehouse, inventory and logistics operations to support multiple projects
Manage, coach and develop Materials Coordinators and warehouse staff
Own 3PL and freight partner performance, including service delivery, stock accuracy and cost control
Drive inventory accuracy through stocktakes, reconciliations, reporting and SAP‑based data insights
Improve and standardise processes while maintaining strong safety and compliance standards
Occasional ad hoc travel to 3PL sites to conduct or support stocktakes
About You
Proven experience in warehouse and logistics management, ideally within a complex or project-based environment
Strong capability managing 3PL providers, freight partners and logistics costs
Demonstrated success in driving inventory control, stocktakes and reconciliation
Confident people leader with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
SAP-savvy with solid data fundamentals, an ownership mindset and continuous improvement skills
