About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated person to join our dynamic National Direct (NDT) team to take on new daily challenges and really shine through. 

The office-based (East Bentleigh) Project Coordinator/Scheduler is responsible for front end administration tasks and to support with the timely and cost-effective scheduling of the required site attendance bookings for our National Direct team of internal and external partner contractor restoration technicians. The role works closely with our teams of technician’s sub-contractors and project coordinators and reports to the Linx Operations Manager.

The Project Coordinator/Scheduler will provide a high standard of quality service to both customers and clients by engaging trades, technicians, preparing reports and scopes, managing budgets and time frames to ensure the delivery within the client set KPI’s. 

Key activities include but are not limited to:

  • Initial contact with customer and triage of new job allocations
  • Project coordination of small-medium repairs 
  • Schedule trades/ technicians/ specialists
  • Timely and cost-effective National scheduling of internal and partner contractor restoration workforce
  • An understanding of the restoration and or building repair process, critical inspection points and WHS requirements
  • Cost management through claim life and handling of trade invoices
  • Focus on KPIs and client agreements
  • Collate photos and documents for reports and quotations
  • Effectively liaise with stakeholders

Desirable Skills (not essential)

  • Experience in insurance project coordination and scheduling
  • Experience with establishing & maintaining long term relationships/accounts
