The Opportunity:
Play a key role leading the coordination and delivery of high-quality training across our large and complex St Ives site, helping to elevate capability and performance. In this role, you’ll contribute to the rollout of enhanced training processes, supporting a broader shift toward a consistent and systematic approach to learning.
The opportunity is available for candidates FIFO from Perth or residential for Kalgoorlie/Kambalda residents. We can be flexible on roster to meet your needs.
Up to six months’ free, company-provided accommodation may be available for eligible candidates from under-represented groups (for example, women in mining and Indigenous Australians) relocating to Kambalda for permanent roles.
Accommodation includes basic furnishings and utilities and is subject to availability and housing policy, with support available to assist with transitioning to a lease after the initial six-month period. Eligibility and final terms will be discussed during the recruitment process.
