Trade Assistants

About the role
We’re seeking two Trade Assistants to support Boilermakers and Mechanical Fitters in a Hemmant-based workshop and across Brisbane sites. Your role will include assisting with fabrication, assembly, and disassembly, utilising hand and power tools, grinding, cutting, and deburring, as well as greasing components and operating forklifts to move materials and products. 

Skills & Experience

• Experience in mechanical or fabrication work
• Skilled with hand and power tools
• Able to perform cutting, grinding, and deburring
• Team player with strong safety focus
• Site and workshop flexibility

Tickets & Licences

• White Card, Confined Space, EWP >11m and Working at Heights (advantageous)
• Forklift (Mandatory)
• Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
• Unlimited working rights in Australia

Benefits
