About the role
As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will provide administrative and coordination support across various recruitment activities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers. Working alongside an experienced Talent Acquisition team, you will help coordinate recruitment campaigns, manage day-to-day recruitment administration and maintain accurate records throughout the hiring process. You will also support process improvement initiatives that make recruitment activities more efficient, consistent and candidate-focused, helping bring CSC’s values to life through continuous improvement, accountability and customer service.
What you will be doing in this role
- Coordinate interviews, selection activities and recruitment events across multiple hiring campaigns.
- Liaise with candidates, hiring managers and panels to schedule activities and provide timely communication.
- Manage recruitment inboxes, candidate enquiries and documentation requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, trackers, recruitment notes and campaign data.
- Prepare interview schedules, candidate packs, assessment materials and recruitment documentation.
- Support Talent Acquisition Partners with recruitment coordination, administration and reporting.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with CSC policy, privacy requirements and employment legislation.
What we’re looking for
- A positive, team-focused attitude, with a willingness to learn, adapt and jump in where needed.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication, with a professional and customer-focused approach.
- High attention to detail and sound administrative capability.
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR or customer-focused administration is desirable but not essential.
- Confidence using technology and learning new systems.
