The Role
Reporting to a delightful Talent Acquisition Manager and working within a close-knit and supportive team help drive recruitment and build a talent pipeline for their unskilled workforce during this exciting phase of growth in this hands-on fast paced role. Specific duties include:
- Manage the high volume end-end recruitment process for candidates, placing advertisements, screening, pre-employment activities and onboarding documentation
- Manage interview schedules for candidates and hiring managers
- Establish a best-in-class experience to candidates, hiring managers, and other business partners
- Build and maintain a high-quality talent pool
- Assist with monthly recruitment reporting
- Manage variety of roles
- Other ad-hoc recruitment activities
Skills and ExperienceIdeally you will have 1- 2 + years’ experience within either internal or agency recruitment and demonstrated expertise managing high volume end-end recruitment process. Your ability to build relationships within all levels of an organisation and drive and urgency to deliver business results is essential.
