YOUR ROLE

We are currently seeking an experienced Storeperson to join our team in Mackay in a full time, permanent day shift role.

This is a hands-on position with variety, combining warehouse operations and customer deliveries. You will be responsible for receiving, picking, dispatch and stock movement, while also supporting deliveries to customer sites and providing a high level of service.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving, unloading and checking incoming stock
  • Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders accurately and on time
  • Operating forklifts, electric pallet jacks and other materials handling equipment
  • Manual handling and movement of stock as required
  • Delivering products to customer sites in company vehicles
  • Providing friendly and professional face-to-face customer service
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment
  • Working closely with the team to meet daily operational deadlines

ABOUT YOU

You are a reliable and motivated warehouse professional who enjoys being part of a high-performing team and takes pride in delivering the right outcome for customers.

To be successful, you will bring:

  • A current Forklift Licence
  • Experience operating a counterbalance forklift
  • A current Driver’s Licence
  • Previous order picking and warehouse experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • A customer-focused attitude and solid communication skills
  • A positive approach and strong teamwork skills

It would be advantageous if you also hold a Dangerous Goods Licence.
