Reporting to the State Manager, the State Operations Manager (QLD) is responsible for maximising returns by recommending and executing an operations strategy aligned with the broader business plan. The role focuses on the safe, efficient, and sustainable management of operations and equipment to support long‑term growth.
This position provides clear operational leadership to Managers and Supervisors, enabling them to deliver safe, reliable, and cost effective operations. A strong emphasis is placed on continuous improvement in areas of safety and operational capacity, and on developing and coaching managers and supervisors to be effective self-sufficient leaders.
