What’s on offer?
We are seeking an experienced Spray Seal Foreperson to support us in our delivery of various projects in the Narangba region. You'll be a motivating leader, who can support and empower spray sealing crews, whilst ensuring the focus remains on safety and quality during the execution of work. You will contribute to the development and implementation of SWMS and lead pre-start meetings to address all site requirements. As well as assisting with scheduling, forecasting, procurement and management of materials, plant, personnel and subcontractors.
