Synergie is seeking a Skip Truck Driver for an industry leader in sustainable waste management solutions located in Welland.

Pay Rate - $38.52 per hr (inlc casual loading) + penalties

Hours of work - Monday to Friday - 6:00am starts working 10-12 hours shifts with occasional Saturday work available

About the Role

Cleanaway is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Skip Truck Driver to join our team in Welland. You’ll be responsible for the safe and timely collection, transport, and delivery of skip bins to various commercial and residential sites.

This role may also offer the opportunity to operate hook lift trucks, depending on experience and business needs – a great chance to expand your skills within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate skip bin truck (and potentially hook lift) in a safe and efficient manner

• Complete daily pre-start and safety checks

• Deliver and collect bins from client sites

• Ensure loads are secure and comply with transport regulations

• Communicate with customers and dispatch to ensure smooth service

• Maintain accurate paperwork and logbooks

• Contribute to a clean and safe working environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid HR driver’s licence (essential)

• Experience operating skip trucks (highly regarded but not essential)

• Hook lift experience (preferred but not essential – training may be provided)

• Good knowledge of metro Adelaide roads

• Strong commitment to safety and compliance

• Reliable, punctual and self-motivated

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Basic mechanical knowledge is an advantage
