The Role
Wanless Waste Management is seeking a reliable and motivated Site Labourer to join our busy Sydney Recycling Park at Kemps Creek.
This is a practical, active role for someone who takes pride in keeping a large industrial site safe, clean and well presented.
Working closely with the Leading Hand and Site Manager, you’ll play an important part in maintaining site standards and supporting day-to-day operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Site Labourer, your key responsibilities will include:
• Maintaining a tidy, safe and well-presented site at all times
• Clearing roadways, boundaries and work areas of waste and litter
• Cleaning site equipment and operational areas
• Supporting site operations and communicating with the weighbridge, equipment operators and management
• Assisting with equipment operation where trained and deemed competent
• Promoting and adhering to all WH&S requirements
This role involves both independent work and team-based tasks, so flexibility and initiative are essential.
What We’re Looking For

• The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• A clear understanding of workplace health and safety
• The ability to safely operate equipment you are trained and competent to use
Forklift licence – highly regarded but not essential.

• Monday to Friday: 6:45am – 5:00pm
• Rotational Saturdays: 8am – 1pm Overtime available as required by the business
