We’re expanding our national service team and looking for an experienced Service Technician to support, commission and maintain our SolBank Storage and broader BESS infrastructure across Australia. This role is hands-on, field-based and ideal for someone who thrives on solving technical problems at site.

Location: Mannum, South Australia

What You’ll Do

• Commission SolBank Storage Power Blocks for utility-scale BESS projects.
• Perform preventative & corrective maintenance to meet warranty and LTSA requirements.
• Work across ESCs, PCS, RMUs/switchgear, transformers, SCADA and networking devices.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and restore equipment performance to meet availability guarantees.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure safe, compliant work practices.
• Maintain accurate work orders, SOPs and spare-parts inventory.
• Support client training during commissioning and uphold safety standards at all times.

What You’ll Bring

• Qualified Electrical Technician with 5+ years experience in service or maintenance within renewables or heavy industries
• Strong understanding of inverters, MV systems, and electrical codes.
• SCADA exposure highly regarded.
• Comfortable travelling regularly (50%+).
• OSHA 30 (or willingness to obtain after hire).
• Proficient with MS Office; CMMS experience a bonus.
• First Aid certified and a clean driver’s licence.
• A team-focused, professional approach with strong communication skills.
