The Opportunity Senior Recruitment Consultant – Brisbane
This is a genuine leadership pathway role. You’ll take full ownership of your desk while contributing to the growth and direction of the Brisbane branch, with a clear progression into Principal and Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Full 360 recruitment across your specialist vertical
• Drive new business development and expand existing client relationships
• Deliver high-quality candidate management across active projects
• Operate as a senior figure in the team, setting standards and leading from the front
• Contribute to branch strategy, growth, and performance outcomes

• Strong B2B sales capability and confidence in winning new business
