Your opportunity 

Join our Talent Acquisition team at our modern Macquarie Park office, working hybrid with two onsite collaboration days (Tuesday and Thursday). Be part of a team focused on innovation, continuous improvement, strategic partnering, and delivering meaningful impact across a growing organisation.

You will partner with senior leaders across our support centre services to recruit roles within Finance, Legal, Risk and Compliance, People & Culture, Payroll, Governance, and Strategy teams. The role focuses on attracting high‑calibre, values‑aligned professionals who enable the organisation’s frontline services through strong commercial, legal, and operational expertise.

You’ll provide expert recruitment advice, proactively source talent, influence hiring decisions, and create exceptional experiences for candidates and hiring managers. This is an opportunity to truly partner with the business to deliver long-term workforce outcomes.

  • Partner with hiring managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment outcomes.
  • Build trusted relationships through responsive service, insights, and recruitment expertise.
  • Influence best-practice hiring decisions and recruitment processes.
  • Promote Anglicare’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) across attraction activities. 
  • Source and engage high-quality active and passive talent using innovative attraction strategies.
  • Contribute to improved hiring outcomes including reduced agency usage, stronger quality of hire, and faster recruitment delivery.
  • Build talent pools to reduce time to fill and support future workforce needs. 
  • Deliver exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences
  • Promote and embed our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) across all attraction activities.
  • Manage competing priorities while ensuring service excellence and timely delivery.
  • Support compliance, contracts, reporting and recruitment administration.

What you’ll bring 

You’re relationship-driven, commercially minded, and tech savvy, with a passion for delivering great hiring outcomes and candidate experiences.

You enjoy influencing stakeholders, building partnerships, and working collaboratively with your colleagues in a fun, caring, fast-paced environment.

You will need: 

  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across complex portfolios, ideally within an internal TA team.
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to partner with hiring managers delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes. 
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach to sourcing and talent attraction.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline. 

Ideally, you will also have: 

  • Experience with ATS platforms (preferably Workday) and contemporary recruitment technology. 
  • Exposure to AI-enabled recruitment tools and modern sourcing methodologies.
  • Experience and desire to work in not-for-profit, aged care, or community services recruitment.
