The Senior Process Mining Analyst is responsible for delivering end‑to‑end Process Mining capability using Celonis to generate data‑driven insights into operational performance, bottlenecks, conformance issues, and value leakage across core business processes.

This role is process‑mining‑first, with primary accountability for hands‑on Celonis analysis, dashboard development, and insight delivery, and secondary accountability for working closely with Data Engineering and Analytics teams to shape, validate, and optimise the underlying data models and pipelines that enable high‑quality mining outcomes. The role owns process mining use cases from problem definition through to insight, recommendation, and value realisation, and plays a key role in embedding process intelligence into business decision‑making.

The Senior Process Mining Analyst partners closely with business leaders and Process Owners to identify high‑value opportunities, interpret complex operational data, and translate process mining outputs into clear, actionable improvements. Operating within an Agile delivery environment, the role balances strong technical capability with stakeholder engagement, ensuring process mining solutions are adopted, understood, and deliver measurable impact.

• Proven hands‑on experience delivering process mining solutions using Celonis.
• Strong capability in Celonis analysis and dashboard development, including bottleneck, variant, conformance, and performance analysis.
• Solid understanding of event‑based data modelling and process mining concepts.
• Strong SQL and PQL skills to support analysis, modelling, and insight delivery.
• Experience working effectively with Data Engineering teams on data models, pipelines, and data quality (without being a pure data engineer).
• Ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience delivering analytics or process mining in large, complex enterprise environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to operate across business, technology, and transformation teams.
