We are seeking an experienced Senior Logistics Coordinator to join our team on a 12‑month maternity leave contract, managing end‑to‑end domestic logistics across our oilseeds supply chain.
In this role, you’ll ensure seamless stock movements, accurate documentation, and timely delivery operations across Australia, with the opportunity to support international execution activities as required.
You’ll be responsible for coordinating daily logistics operations, managing movement orders and transport bookings, resolving delivery or invoice issues, and completing reconciliations. Working closely with Trading teams, Bulk Handlers, and external service providers, you’ll play a key role in ensuring efficient and compliant logistics execution. You’ll also assist with import vessel execution, documentation, and related compliance processes.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract.
