What’s on offer?
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Grader Operator to join our established Civils team based in Hazelmere working on Projects across the state.
What we’re looking for:
- Demonstrated experience operating Graders Final Trim in Civil construction, roadworks, bulk earthworks, and/or airports.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to lead and work cohesively as part of a team and independently.
- Ability to read and interpret plans and use LPS/UTS/GPS.
- Reliable, safety-focussed attitude with good communication skills, team driven and be willing to mentor younger operators.
- Be willing to operate other plant and labour as required.
- Current White Construction Card, HR licence, and valid Drivers’ Licence.
