Senior Detailed Scheduler

We are seeking an experienced Senior Detailed Scheduler to support manufacturing operations by translating production plans into executable schedules within a highly regulated GMP environment.
In this critical role, you will work closely with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics and Technical teams to optimize manufacturing resources, maintain schedule adherence, and ensure reliable product supply.
This role will be a site-based role in Broadmeadows.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and publish detailed production schedules aligned to site priorities and master plans.
Coordinate schedule execution with cross-functional stakeholders across Production, Quality, Supply Chain and Technical Operations.
Manage schedule adjustments resulting from operational changes, material availability, quality events, or capacity constraints.
Maintain production orders and scheduling data within SAP or equivalent ERP systems.
Monitor and report key scheduling KPIs, including schedule adherence, plan conformance and rate performance.
Investigate schedule variances and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Support inventory accuracy and intercompany transaction management.
Contribute to projects focused on process improvement, system enhancements and operational efficiency.
Assist with capacity planning and scenario analysis to support business decision-making.
About You
Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing, Science or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years' experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or highly regulated GMP environment.
Scheduling experience is essential.
Strong experience in production planning, supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing operations.
SAP experience essential
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable
CPIM (Certified in Planning and Inventory Management) qualification.
Exposure to Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
Experience supporting capacity planning and manufacturing optimization activities.
