This favorable national civil contractor is a leading Tier 2 contractor who work within resources, local authorities and main roads projects across Australia. Led by a team of highly skilled professionals within the industry, this contactor is experienced across multiple disciplines including roads, earthworks, drainage and concrete structures.

This employer of choice has a strong pipeline of long-term landmark projects with opportunities that will get snapped up. Apart of the initial team, working on a key Sunshine Coast project from start to finish, we are looking to secure a Senior Contract Administrator with a Quantity Surveying or Engineering background experienced with managing all commercial agreements, contracts and cash flow across a civil engineering business. This role will require someone with previous experience in contractual disputes, negotiation solutions with demanding clients in civil engineering.

While working closely with Project Managers and Commercial Manager your role will include:

• Assist Project Managers in subcontractor and consultant management
• Manage subcontractor contract variations and scope changes
• Develop cost controls for projects and reporting requirements
• Account finalisation of head contract and subcontracts 
  

Scope of works includes earthworks, drainage, services, structures and major road works, while interfacing with rail. The successful individual must have experience managing a high volume of subcontractor contracts working with a civil contractor in Australia across major infrastructure projects – beneficial across DTMR and QR projects. 

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior CA initially working in the design, procurement and pre-construction phase, then mobilising to site where you will help deliver this landmark project.

Open to speaking with CA’s who have a minimum of 8 years with a relevant background (working on relevant civil projects) and looking to step into a Senior CA position – ready to take that next step!
