In this critical role, you will lead and execute operations within the business development space, focusing on achieving daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly objectives. You'll manage pipeline activities specific to Federal environments and play a vital part in strategy development and team leadership. Your insights will help shape the approach to capturing government contracts and enhancing overall business performance. This position requires a blend of analytical skills and the ability to foster collaboration across various teams.

Accountabilities

    • Maintain the business opportunity pipeline, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
    • Generate pipeline and performance reports for the Business Development Team
    • Conduct outreach to validate opportunity data with Government Contracting Officers
    • Track and monitor multiple government information sources for contract opportunities
    • Collect business intelligence and perform customer and competitor analysis
    • Conduct internal assessments to support win strategy development
    • Develop capture strategies and execute capture plans
    • Lead opportunity reviews and cross-functional collaborations
    • Supervise and manage a team of Business Development Analysts

Requirements

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in Federal Prime Contractor Small Business
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in Federal Prime Contractor SDVOSB
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development Management within OASIS-SB or OASIS-Plus environments
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Biology, or Medical
    • Ability to obtain Secret Security Clearance
