Key Requirements
To be considered, candidates must demonstrate the following:

• Proven competency in MIG and Flux Core welding
• Ability to accurately interpret and work from fabrication drawings
• Strong hands-on fabrication skills
• High attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality workmanship
• Solid experience using power tools and hand tools
• Ownership of basic tools of the trade, including a welding helmet
