Team Global Express is looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Scheduler to join our operations team based in Rosehill, NSW.

This is a fast-paced Monday to Friday role where you will coordinate deliveries, returns, and relocation movements while ensuring customers receive a consistent and reliable service experience.

You’ll work closely with customers, drivers, operations teams, and external service providers to ensure all deliveries and schedules are managed accurately and efficiently.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday - 8 AM - 4 PM (Require Flexibility)

About the Role

As a Scheduler, you will play a key role in coordinating transport activities, managing delivery schedules, and ensuring operational requirements are communicated effectively to all stakeholders.

You will also support tracking, reporting, customer communication, and system updates across multiple operational platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate deliveries, returns, and relocation activities within required service timeframes
  • Schedule Team Global Express and external transport resources efficiently
  • Receive inbound calls and make outbound calls/emails to customers and end users
  • Communicate delivery schedules, updates, and operational requirements clearly
  • Enter and maintain accurate delivery information within CRM, ERP, and TMS systems
  • Ensure delivery schedules are accurately managed within operational systems
  • Monitor and track deliveries through to completion
  • Process customer notifications in line with agreed service standards
  • Complete operational reports and documentation as required
  • Maintain strong communication with customers and stakeholders
  • Support a strong safety-first culture and comply with TGE safety procedures

About You

  • Previous experience in transport, logistics, scheduling, dispatch, or allocation
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and problem solve effectively
  • Strong stakeholder management capability
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills including Word and Excel
  • Exposure to transport or operational systems highly regarded
  • Understanding of KPI reporting and operational performance measures
