What We're looking for:

Are you looking for a role in a dynamic global business?
We’re looking for a Scheduler to join our team. This role is key to keeping the rollout on track by maintaining accurate installation planning data, managing daily scheduling, and ensuring installers have a clear forward plan.

About the Role:

Keep the rollout moving by maintaining accurate installation planning data, managing daily scheduling, ensuring installers have a clear forward plan, and escalating issues early.

As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for:

  • Scheduling and Planning
Ensure all installers have vehicles allocated each day. Maintain a rolling confirmed plan for the next 3–4 days. Populate planned installation dates in the Master Planner based on confirmed site planning. Assess and recommend push/pull adjustments to balance installer demand and delivery timing.
  • Data Reconciliation and Updates
Complete daily AM and PM reconciliation between MyEROAD Site and planning files. Update daily installation results and planning data in the Master Planner and EROAD Daily Plan. Identify and separate new installations, rectifications, and duplicate records.
  • Progress Monitoring
Monitor branch-level progress against plan and identify gaps, delays, or delivery risks early.
  • Risk Management
Identify and raise scheduling, data integrity, and delivery risks as soon as they are identified.
  • Planning Support
Provide accurate updates and data-based insights to support operational and leadership decision-making.
  • Record Keeping
Maintain accurate planning data and ensure all updates to scheduling and planning tools are current and reliable.

Skills and Experience:

We’re looking for someone who can effectively manage planning, scheduling, and data integrity with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You may come from a planning, scheduling, or operations support background and possess skills such as:

  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and escalate risks early
  • Experience working with planning tools, trackers, or operational data systems
